Tracy & Nicole attend NMRFAM Introductory Structure Determination Workshop

Tracy and Nicole spent a week at the University of Wisconsin at Madison at the National Magnetic Resonance Facility at Madison (NMRFAM) Introductory Structure Determination Workshop. There they learned the steps to solution NMR structural determination including backbone and sidechain assignment, TOCSY and NOE assignments, structural refinement, and structural validation. They also learned the newest advances in automated peak peaking and assignments. Of course, they also enjoyed some great Wisconsin ice cream and had to try some cheese curds while they were there.

Tracy and Nicole awarded training grant fellowships

Congratulations to Tracy and Nicole! Tracy was selected for the Molecular Biophysics Training Grant and Nicole was selected for the Biotechnology Training Grant.
